Complexity has moved up on the reverse of NU admission test result, Merit list & subject selection list of honors 1st year for the academic session 2011-12. Editing & deleting result again & again has raised this complexity. Authority related to the admission test & results and Admission Committee of NU are thought to be responsible for such type of occurrence.

It is informed that, the 1st merit list had been erased after it was published in the web. Related sources said, the result was disclosed for crashing. But it is known that, many roll numbers of 1st merit list wasn’t found in the secondly published merit list. Moreover, Migration of 2nd Merit list has been started from 23 February.

University officials said, the result publishing work of 1 crore Tk. was given to ICT department of Shahjalal University of Science & Technology. But when the result of 1st & 2nd Merit list published students get confused seeing the result. Because the minimum eligibility of getting desired subjects in NU is at least GPA 3 in HSC. But many students got their desired subject with less than GPA 3 & many candidates failed to get their desired subject having more than GPA 3. It is also said that, SUST isn’t following the rules & regulation of Admission properly.

Hearing complain from students the NU VC Prof. Dr. Kazi Shahidullah called a meeting with the admission committee. He urged with officials to monitor the result properly & correct all the occurred error as soon as possible.
